I just stumbled upon this auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270088181876&fromMakeTrack=true
I may be mistaken, but I think I looked at this car (when it was located in the Monroe, NY area)
...I can confirm with the guy who was originally selling it since by mere coincidence he and I have a mutual friend)
...it just looks too familiar (ermine white, blue top, blue interior, L30/M20)
...has the VIN #124677N176471 ever been recorded to the d/b? ...I'm almost sure this is the car.

The car is in the data base, I entered it May of 05. Yes the car is a L30 M20 car. The ebay auction shows a nice picture of the firewall and you can see that the Muncie speedometer cable hole is not there.

And it was in Warwick, NY back then.....
