Title: Early 67 subframe?
Post by: JKZ27 on March 24, 2018, 12:58:40 PM: Saw this frame for sale. Think it's an early 67 due to the lack of the large holes up front? Not mine, BTW.

Post by: Petes L48 on March 24, 2018, 08:22:54 PM: Yep. I wonder if he pulled it from a 68 and thus lists it as such. Not sure but I think that diamond shape hole on the outside of the horns is also unique to those, as they had a J-nut there for the rear bumper bracket bolt.

Post by: bcmiller on March 24, 2018, 11:53:55 PM: Has power steering and disc brakes. It’s not cheap but in the ballpark. Most guys start higher than what they will actually accept. Everybody wants to pay less than asking price and will try to get things for less.

Post by: cook_dw on March 26, 2018, 12:49:35 PM: $650 isn't horrible on price but it isnt a deal either. Try to find one if you have an early car. 67 frames in general are hard to find. I looked for 6 months before finding one for a guy.

For someone that wants a subframe to put under a car to be functional and have disc brakes, well there you go.
