Forgot I had this, VERY short video of me driving on the track at Sonoma Raceway. They have a pace car for every 3 cars. So you don't try to be a super star by yourself :D :D I got up to about 70 MPH. They said keep up with-in a few car lengths, but if you fall behind, catch-up on the straights. SO, I fell behind on purpose in front of the grand stand straight, and jumped on it a little for the camera. Good Times! 4 laps on the regular track, and two on the Nascar part. THEN you keep your helmet on and take 2 hot laps with a sprint car driver. THAT scared the sheep poop out of me. I will NEVER do that part again! This is a semi rare occurrence for sure. They only do it for 3 or 4 hours ONE day a year rain or shine. Cost is $150, and worth every penny. Danny

I bet you had a good time.

It really was fun. I had done it many years ago when I got to do a little with the Bob Bondurant team. But it was a fresh experience and super fun! Found a couple still pictures. One picture I am 4 wheel drifting into and out of a turn and the other is nose down in preparation for a sharp right.
CAN'T get them to post. Says JPEG not a usable file.. How the heck do I convert it to something else?

jpg is, jpeg is not. Just take out the e in the file name.
No idea what idiot allowed that naming convention to happen....

Kurt helped me get these to the right size. :)
