I love that color.  It sure looks silver to me but will believe that it is Seafrost Green.

Good looking car, but I am not a convertible fan. 

Hard to judge if it is priced right.  Not original engine and sounds like not original transmission. Does not give rear axle code, but it is probably a 3.07 ratio.
