trying to find out if this could be last built convertible 12467 nor 9/69 9n679123 any help appreciated 08e

Why would you think it would be the last convertible built for 1969? Your car is an early September build while they built '69 Camaros thru November ....
-
Definitely NOT the last one in 1969.

The last 'vert VIN on the 1969 Camaro Orphans list is 124679N701420 but another ~10,000 Camaros were produced after that. For the '69 MY, convertibles accounted for just under 8% of total Camaro production, so even assuming 'vert production peaked in advance of the warmer months, surely at least a few hundred more would've been made beyond that VIN?

There is at least one that was produced 10E - last week of October, it probably isn't the latest one either.
