Hard to tell. Might be 9L506086?

Transmission has to have been built after October 21st, 1968 since it has the ratio designation. 9N500086 and 9N506086 were both built before that.

I am not convinced that the stampings are original.

Seller finally got back to me a week later. I asked what the letter was after the P9_26B.

Here is his response..... that is a "C". I will post a better picture. It is a Norwood VIN from a Z28.

Trans date is March 26, 1969.

The VIN on the trans doesn't line up with a Norwood built Camaro.

But it does for a LA car.

If it is for an April built LA car it would have to start with 52XXXX and it certainly looks like it starts with 50XXXX. Unless it is one of those cases that the correct digit wasn't used.
