How rare is this wiper switch ?

That wiper switch was never used on a '69 Camaro. Depressing the wiper lever button activated the windshield and headlamp washers.

What was that switch for? Full-size cars?

The last three digits of GM part number are stamped on the backside of switch which are #104. Part number is 1994104 in Group 10.163

Fits 1971 -73 Vega or Monza.
