I am of the understanding that the 67-68 Big Block radiator code on the pass side tank for manual trans is "OL", and this is for a 4-row core (?) but I can't seem to find what the code would be for a 23-inch, 3-Row core, Big Block, manual trans.
Does anybody know what the correct code for the pass tank would be? Original/survivor examples.
Thank you.

Have you looked at the tables here at this link below?

Has a 4 core ever been documented in a 68 manual trans? According to the highlighted data and my own knowledge, I haven't seen one.

Yep 396 with a/c. My 68 with 4 speed has the 4 core.

That's not what the radiator tank table in my article shows. It says big block and does not differentiate between the different cores.

So it is only the tag that is affixed to the tank that specifies the core
The OL only denotes the larger tank itself
