On my 2 titles of my 69 Camaros, the weight of the L6 car is 3200 lbs & the V8 car is 3100 lbs. Neither have drivetrain so I'm wondering why is the V8 car is lighter? Could it be a Z28?

I have no idea where you are located - but titles would not normally have an exact weight of your cars, unless you took them to the DMV and they were put on a scale. There are some rough numbers available. See below. All weight in US pounds.
Curb weight L6 coupe 3005 / curb weight L6 convertible 3255
Curb weight V8 coupe 3145 / curb weight V8 convertible 3395
Shipping weight L6 coupe 2910 / Shipping weight L6 convertible 3160
Shipping weight V8 coupe 3050 / Shipping weight V8 convertible 3300
Specific weights for each vehicle will vary, depending on what options the car has.
