I was wondering if someone had a picture of a big block throttle linkage, I dismantled my car back in October '13 and can't find it anywhere and I'm not sure which one I need , they show 2 different ones for a big block.

Thanks for the picture, appriciate it!

There used to be 2 different ones with the BB but that was in 1967 with the earlier design (straight with an adjustable swivel block) used with the earlier Rochester throttle linkage. Afterwards the 2-piece design that Darrell shows was used.

Is that a one or two piece?

Early design. Single rod with swivel.

I wonder which engine Feastesss was referring to.
Speaking for the 396 that used an early Q-jet, the single rod was used with the throttle style your Holley has whereby the large hole with the grommet and insert and cotter pin was used. Afterwards, the 2nd design rod went into a smaller hole (like in your picture) without any grommet/bushing and was held in with a E-ring. I thought the 2-piece design was at first unique to the 396/375 and then later used on the 396 w/Q-jet. Does your Green Machine have a 2-piece or 1-piece? Not living outside my '67 world I guess '68 was different?

Green car has the 2 piece rod. Remember the blue car (67) is a clone so its thrown together cobbled up parts.. ;D
