Hey guys,
I'm trying to determine the location of where the hole was drilled for the passenger firewall ground strap that goes to the valve cover. This is for the U69 AM/FM radio option.
My Camaro doesn't have the original firewall so there are no dimple holes and the AIM isn't very clear. Does anyone have a good picture from an original firewall?
Thanks very much!

I believe the body to engine ground strap locations are the same for U63 and U69. I can measure the passenger side position on mine (U63, LOS car) on the weekend if nobody else confirms prior.

What year, what plant (LA or Norwood), and 6 cylinder or V8?

It's a V8 and built in Norwood.
And yes, I think the straps should be the same for U63 and U69. Thanks!

Ah sorry, it's 1968.

Okay, a little hard to see in the picture attached, but the measurement is approx 2.5" from the left edge (driver side) of the heater box cover, and 6.25" down from the edge of the cowl.
