You left out a digit in the above VIN. ;)

Stripes are wrong, and I don't know who put the fender emblems on, but they were drinking!

The current seller says he bought from the original owner and it's original drivetrain.
BUT the prior seller clearly says it's 2 owner (now 3 owners + dealer) and NOM. And "FRESHLY RESTORED TO ALL ORIGINAL SPECS."

Current description:
"I bought it from the original owner who bought and kept the car in the state of Washington its whole life until 2 years ago when I bought it. It is the real deal. It maintains its original body panels that look rust free and lazer straight. It has had one repaint and the seats were recovered. The rest of the car is original. The DZ 302 block was rebuilt in June of 2016."

So there are a few missteps in his account of it. Does the prior listing on this car come from Duffys in Iowa if so did we save the listing? I seem to remember some of it now, was it a replacement block under warranty? Thanks for your help on this I am thinking of looking at this car.

It doesn't sound like a bad car, but discount what they tell you and let the car do the talking.

I like the car, I'm a sucker for white interior, and love the flat hood and no spoilers (mine is also green and white, flat hood and no spoilers)

Fix the stripes, and correct a few things under the hood that is easy enough (valve covers on wrong sides, air cleaner and other detail items that are very simple) this one isn't nearly as bad as most of the ebay stuff you see, the tag looks legit in the pic, and priced reasonable.   Like Kurt said, let the car do the talking, drive it and enjoy it.
