I wonder what 3 way refers to there? Maybe 3 roads coming together where the dealership was located?
I have seen memorabilia from this dealer here and there.

I have a few license plate frames from that dealer. fairly common at the LA area swap meets for some reason.

And apparently Three Way still 'is a-happening' in Bakersfield...  both in Chevrolets and Cadillacs now...  :)

Leonard and his two sons sounds to me..  to own a 'Three some' dealership...  :)
