Title: Caveat Emptor...another tag mismatch-Nova?
Post by: william on December 30, 2016, 09:49:58 PM
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1969-Chevrolet-Camaro-chrome-/112252441259?forcerrptr=true&hash=item1a22c452ab:g:mOQAAOSw44BYWqwE&item=112252441259

Lists VIN as 111372158218, not even close to a 1969 Camaro VIN.

You gotta love the description on that car;

"restored"

Apparently, he's got nothing else to say about it :)

He emailed me. The VIN on the title shows 124379N502401 so he's not sure where that number came from.

What's the VIN tag on the car read?

Bill, she said she would have to check. The car was listed by her husband, and then he had to go in for surgery. The car's in Portland, TN and she's in Nashville, TN, so it may take her a few days to get back to me.

Not terribly far from Darrell or myself if someone gets serious about it. Through Portland regularly -

Those SS Z-28's seem to be multiplying.
