Other than incorrect striping, looks really solid and original.

After seeing this nice 6-cyl '69 I think I'm going to have my rust bucket crushed.  Hopefully, the future owner will recognize it for its originality and restore it (or keep it as-is) with its born-with drivetrain.

That car got my attention over the weekend as well.  As Kurt said, it appears to be very solid and one you could drive while you work on it to fix the smaller problems.   I recall a friend in 1969 having a new 250 ci/3sp Camaro when I was in the USAF, and I remember it running extremely well; I was surprised a 6 would run as well (the power and acceleration felt like the 2-bbl 283 ci engines in full size cars which I was most familiar with).

I'm posting a couple of pictures of it so it won't be lost to posterity once the Ebay ad closes.  This is a really nice '69 and would probably generate some favorable attention at the Camaro Nats.  It appears to have all of the correct 6 cylinder stuff...2-core radiator, air pump (that seems to be impossible to find...I need one if anyone out there is reading this), air cleaner, the postage stamp-sized fan guard that doesn't protect from anything, etc.  It even appears to have the correct AC radiator cap.  The vinyl top, Rally wheels, and Style Trim group make it look like a V8 car and not a stripper six.  I agree with 69 Z28 RS's comment...the sixes are great little drivers with plenty of power for today's traffic.

Intersting 6 cylinder, or V8, a nice original car on eBay deffinetly generates a lot of bids. This car is no cream puff, it needs some rust repair in just about every corner of each panel. BUT because of the originality many guys are looking past the rust. Probably still go for 16 or 17k. Just interesting ....

Minor rust, IMO.
Poorly painted DX1 stripe though....
