Has anyone found a vendor who makes or sells reproduction jacking and/or positraction stickers that don't start to lift around the edges?
Mine are on only a few months and they are already lifting and this is after applying on one year old cured paint so it's certainly not solvents.
Thanks!
Mike

Whose did you try Mike? Maybe I should pop the lid but it was ok when looked at ours last month!

I got my posi traction sticker from Classic a few year back and it has held nicely around the edges, although I put it exactly where the old one was even though it was not centered.

Mike, you probably already know about Don Lightfoot's excellent reproductions, but he offers them in self-adhesive or 'apply your own glue' versions - might give more opportunity to ensure good coverage along the edges:

Jacking decal (69 version): http://www.angelfire.com/rock/69ss/decals29.html

Hi Guys,
I looked for the receipt and couldn't find it but I am sure it was from Camaro Central. I don't know who they get them from.
I'll give Don a look.
Thanks!

I used Don's and posi label i glued as noted on survivors. Jacking instructions we used self adhesive type.

Just be careful with Don's. The aesthetic quality is very nice, but the ink doesn't hold up well. My emissions label smeared when I was working on the car. I leaned on it accidently with hands that were a little damp from sweat. My fault for leaning on it so I'll just buy another one some time.

Dave, was that particular decal laminated? I believe you ordered two of them about a year ago which may have been before I started laminating that particular decal due to a considerable amount of input on this board suggesting it would be better if it was laminated. I will be glad to send you a new one if you like, just let me know.

Thank you Don. You're right. It was about a year ago. It must not have been laminated. The ink smudged pretty easily. Other than that, the second one you sent me looked fantastic.

I'll get one out to you first of the week Dave.
