Was looking at my Body Broadcast sheet for early (Oct 1968) built z28 camaro. Box 59, "Strg Wheel", on Body Broadcast sheet has "EA" in Box. Trying to determine what type of steering wheel vehicle came with. I could not find a reference to "EA" code.
Any suggestions of where to look?

I have w/s and BBC copies for a COPO with a black standard interior, EA steering wheel code. Car did not have Z23 special interior group so it would have been built with a black standard wheel with a pebble-grained shroud.

So, my vehicle should have black standard wheel with a pebble-grained shroud. Does having the style trim group "05Z21AC" change anything. I have wood grain appliques around the radio.
-
Z21 style trim group did not affect interior trim; Z23 special interior group did.
A car built with Z23 [or Z87] would have the wood grain steering wheel shroud. A standard interior car built with a console but not Z23 would have the wood grain trim on the dash cluster but not the wood grain steering wheel shroud.

Thanks for the information William.

These are the kinds of explanations I like! :)
I have the hardest time understanding the different interactions of these interior trims; wood grain on wheel, radio, headlight switch area, vs. wood grain on the rest of dash (ash tray/glove box) and dash pull handle only on pass. side vs. pull handle w/wood grain.
Sorry to hijack!

John, It's all explained RIGHT HERE (http://www.camaros.org/interior.shtml#CustomSpecialInterior).
