The correct one is spun, not crimped.
Very hard to find.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-1967-68-69-CORVETTE-CHEVELLE-CAMARO-427-396-302-GM-CV746C-PCV-VALVE-FLAT-TOP-/111886919956?hash=item1a0cfae914:g:MQQAAOSwa-dWp-F2&vxp=mtr

And for when that ad is gone:   NOS 1967 68 69 CORVETTE CHEVELLE CAMARO 427 396 302 GM CV746C PCV VALVE FLAT TOP

his is a very rare NOS Early design Flat top AC CV746C PCV Valve for all Solid Lifter 1967-9 Corvette 427 435HP , and 67-69 Chevelle/Camaro 396 375HP and 69 302 Z28 Camaro. This is much rarer than the later anodized Purple version of the CV746C which is much more common and later replaced this valve. It is two piece and silver zinc plated rather than the anodized purple valve with the taller top piece and appears to be machined on the sides, as there are lines or machine markings in the construction. Change in valve happened sometime late during the 1969 year. Since only the construction and color changed, the part number and AC number remained the same. Very nice with only minor spotting in the 40 odd year old plating. Extremely hard to find in ANY SHAPE, let alone NOS. Box dated 1968. An extremely RARE FIND. Another seller on here wants almost 2 Grand for this same part!!!!!!! That's too much.........but it is very valuable for sure. For when you need the best.

The price is $995.00 .... and unbelievably, you don't get free shipping.   It's another $14.53.

1 owner 1969-2013. Guy was a mechanic in the military. Did all his own work which in his words "wasn't much" on this car. Still alive, employed and has a very good memory when it comes to this car.
