Post by: HOT3O2 on September 03, 2016, 09:40:01 PM
I came across this awhile back and posted it at the Yenko site. Thought you guys might like it. It's from a 94 Hemmings magazine.

Wow, I talked to Al Maynard when he was thinking of selling the conv. What ever happened to it?

He tried to buy my friends 70 Judge conv RAIII 4 spd 4.33 posi in the 80's and tried to trade a 69 RAIV 4 spd TA and cash at one point... I ended up paintingit 15 years ago.
As an aside we used to push the car (70 judge conv) out of the garage in high school (late 80's) and go out and street race it in the middle of the night fly into the driveway cut it off and coast up the hill and around the house into the garage.

I know someone that did something similar. But it was early and mid 80s, a mid 70s TA, and coasted through the neighbor ladies driveway then cut over into the backyard next to the garage and out of sight from the road.

YUP He was generous in displaying them at a PNWCC show in the 90'-2000's. It was nice to see them up close & personnel, I know which one I was take with!
