Post by: NAPA68 on August 23, 2016, 02:08:45 AM

Thanks,

Were you in Wisconsin when you owned the car?

The car also had what I thought...................were some cool over the counter parts

OTC JL8 rear end
J56 calipers
Daytona? springs. Sat about an inch lower than any other Z28 I had seen
Old Koni shocks.

Did not know much about these cars back then. Certainly did not know what I had.

Tim,
I sent you a PM with some information that might help you track her down.
Do you have any old pictures from back when you owned it? How original was it? Original 302?
Good luck and I hope you find her!

I do have some pics around here somewhere.

Original motor, trans, heads. I had to rebuild the motor (piston pin) and the damn machine shop decked the block when I specifically told him not to. Thankfully, its a Norwood car and the stamp on the casting was legible.

Wow nicely equipped... not too often does one run across a REAL Documented Hugger Orange RS/Z with gauges, Chambered, ZL2, VE3, & 4.10's.

I'm supposed to go look at this car over the weekend. The owner is looking to sell it.
