Is there a partial vin located on 327 67' blocks? I have found all the other numbers on my block but am I correct that there is no partial vin, or is it in a different place?

You are correct. Most, if not all, 67 Camaro 327's are not VIN stamped.

What's the build date of your car?

03D is the code so 4th week of March correct? The engine codes to January 18th 1967 (T0118MK) These are not too far apart to assume that this is not the original motor I hope?

Nope, that date looks OK.
