Correct warranty block?

Nothing more than a +.030 4" bore 010 block. Could have been a 350 out of a pickup truck.

Regarding block pad stamping: "02 = "302" (Z28)" Now that's marketing!!

'CE' should definitely stand for Caveat Emptor in this case. Shame though, a lot of ads are based on misinformation rather than deliberate misrepresentation. Many knowledgeable enthusiasts think that CE means counter exchange.
