Anyone from here going to watch some drag racing or check out some rides at the Corvette Museum?  There is also a banquet with a guest speaker.  Ill see if I can get a pic of the event schedule.  Post up if you are going..!!..

I didn't know about this one as I seldom check out the SCR... but Thanks Darrel for mentioning it here..  I think I'm going to try to work this into my summertime show schedule... :)    Did you go last year?  How long have they been doing this at the NCM????

I missed last years as I didnt see it on their forum.  This will be the 2nd year at BB.  I havent been to a SCR since the 1st when it was in Hendersonville, TN back in '98..  You can go here and see videos and pics from last year.  SCR18

The drag strip action must have been FUN for the half dozen cars that ran....  could run as often as they wanted?  :)

Hopefully others will post up their photos and vids..  I wasnt able to make the track day yesterday and with the weather I wasnt sure today was gonna be possible..  So I got up around 5am watched the news and checked the weather sites and decided to give it a go..  Drove the green car and a few fellow SYC members and my apologizes for not getting to others that were there as I wanted to talk to everyone but I didnt want to chance getting caught in a pop up thunderstorm plus I had some yard mowing that needed to be done..  Anyways enough of the bs and on to the pics..  Also sorry if I missed a few as I was trying to catch all of them but I know I missed a couple..

Thanks guy. Glad you went and those who you met, I would bet, are glad you came as well. Nice pics. Why so many HO cars in your submitted post? You going HO on me? Lol. Nice that you missed the storms. Neat stuff. The cream of the hobby.
