Does anyone have a picture of an original 1969 TH400 modulator line? I am trying to see what the attaching bracket looks like. Thanks in advance.

Anyone?

Where exactly is the bracket located to hold the line in place? I can probably help you out, but need to know what I am taking a picture of.

The dipstick tube and vac modulator line have integral brackets secured by one of the trans/engine mounting bolts.
It's noted in the assembly manual, Section M40 pages A4 & A5.

Warren any luck? Thanks, Doc.

Guys, this is the line in question. All of the repops seem to be missing the bracket. Does anyone know how this bracket was originally attached and how to duplicate the process? Thanks in advance.

Here is a picture of a '68 TH400 modulator line bracket. It's attached to the tube with three spot welds.

Bob, would it be possible to get some measurements off of that bracket? I think it would be pretty easy to make.
Thanks, Doc.

Doc,
Sure. No problem. Give me a day or two and I'll post some dimensions.
