Title: Endura Bumper Jacking Instructions
Post by: my69Z28camaro on May 23, 2016, 08:19:40 PM
Is the jacking instruction decal in the trunk for a 1969 Coupe the SAME one used for the regular wheel (#3949506), SS wheel (#3949515) or Space Saver wheel (#3949508) when the presence of the Endura Bumper (VE3) option exists?  Or are there different jacking instruction decal(s) for 1969 Endura Bumper Coupes based on the type of wheels on the car?

There is quite a lot all ready discussed regarding this exact question in the site archives, if you use the search feature of the site.

Thanks, but I did do a search initially before posting this one.  Every combination of the words: Trunk, Decal, Jacking, Instructions, and even the #'s did not result in the answer I was looking for.  How about a hint on or under what to search?

There are 4 pages when the word "endura" is plugged in. I have found that if I am in a topic section, like this one(General Discussion), the search will be only for the word(s) in that section. So, before searching go back to the "CRG Discussion Forum', click on that. It will bring up all the headings in an index format. THEN, do your search. It will find that word/number in all the topic sections then. Hope this helps.

There is a different one for the SS wheel option.
It shows the attachment of the center cap using the retainer plate and 1/4-20 screws along with the screwdriver which came with the SS wheel option. (same screwdriver used with the 67 vette aluminum wheel option.)

To all, thanks for the responses.

Paul's hyperlink answered my concern.  ko-lek-tor, I am as guilty as you are of searching at this level. From now on, I too will go up to the "CRG Discussion Forum" to search.

I like to search off of the homepage because it uses google's search engine.
