Title: Color ID help needed
Post by: HawkX66 on March 30, 2016, 05:00:24 PM
What color would you say my trunk spatter paint is? Gray/White or Black/Aqua. I don't know how subtle the differences are.
I think I'm going to have to go for the GM resto rattle can unless there is a reasonable alternative now. I don't have a Schutz gun and I don't want to spend $100s to have it done. Thanks.

Black/Aqua judging from the second photo.
I redid my trunk and the aqua color was an exact match to Krylon Seaside spray paint.
I removed the paint from the spray can and put into an unlined quart can and using a brush, spattered it on a dark gray/black base which is the color in my 67 convertible.

Thanks Mike. That's the way I was leaning, but I started to second guess myself.
