I posted the below question on the Team Camaro site but got no response. Perhaps someone here knows the answer.
Does anyone know the difference between steering column broadcast codes CB and KB? This would be for a '69 tilt column, floor shift with assembly number 7808154.
Thanks,
Bob

My 69 has the same column. Column date is A709S. Assm date on the car is 08/28/1969. Was the CB code used for later 69s?
Thank you, Joe

Where is the date code on 69 columns?
Here's a link to Darrell(69 Zee)'s thread on his X77 find, showing stamped codes on the column:

On mine it was on the LH side of the column almost in line with the arm of the brake pedal....Joe

Neither CB or KB appear on broadcast sheets.
KB is a floor shift w/ tilt.
