I've seen a few posts mention one repair shop, http://www.endurabumper.com/. Has anyone used his services or any others?

I don't know what you mean. Are you saying the bumpers were in horrible shape prior to restoration, or that the bumpers were destroyed during the restoration?

Biggest problem with Camaro VE3 bumpers is rust. The rubber is injection molded over a steel liner. The liner isn't coated and over time moisture gets in, the liner becomes badly rusted. In my parts days we had a few that broke apart upon removal.
If the bumper is noticeably blistered that's the problem. I have heard of shops cutting them open 'repairing' the rust and cementing them back together.

The bumpers that were fixed were in real bad shape , he had pics posted of some as he repaired them & they took some work to get them fixed ..

Hi William - This bumper is in very good shape and I think it can be repaired by someone with experience. The damage is some cracking on the bottom below the inner brackets, and a bit of a slight upward bend before the driver inner bracket, something must have lifted it there and I assume it was a jack. I don't see any blistering and the interior urethane looks good.
I think its worth saving, but I've attached some pics of the two locations with damage in case ya'll want to direct me away from fixing it. It came off the car yesterday and I was hoping to find a service to fix it.

And by the way, the consensus at the body shop is that the car would look better with a chrome bumper. I keep hearing folks say "too much red".

Anything can be repaired. If you like the urethane bumper on your car, then repair it and paint it to match.. if you don't want to retain it, they bring a good value on the used parts market.

Nor would I. My dealer invoice lists it as one of the few options my X77 was delivered with, so it's going back on (after repair).
Having gone through this a couple of years back (I think I was the one that posted the link to the Endura guy), no way would I try to use a repop to replace it, either - they just don't fit the same without a ton of modifications. Body color or not, I still think the look is pretty up-to-date. You gotta like both -

Yes it originally had the black hockey stripe according to the original owner. And red wheels, but I'm still searching for some XTs. I need to find them soon so I can include that painting cost of the wheels in my overall paint cost.

Mine came with the endura bumper and my paint and body guy wished I'd have gone with chrome. I had to use a repop unit and it's not as good a fit as the original, but the original wasn't a perfect fit, either. My old one had the rusted steel "beam" that the urethane was injected around. It was just too far gone. My new bumper isn't perfect but I see so few others that there's no way I could switch to chrome. I'd consider painting a fiberglass if I couldn't find something plastic!
