Title: Antwerp camaro

I have owned a 67 rs camaro for over 30 years now it is a Antwerp built car it as two vin tags a Norwood tag in the door shut and a Antwerp tag on the firewall is this normal the car was originally a 6 cylinder it now as a v8 in it.
