Removed when the car was 2 years old , it states? I would not think anyone back then would even consider cutting out a tag when getting rid of a car considering the Z was probably worth a typical average used car price back in '71.

BY accounted for 1% of 1969 Camaros, according to CRG color estimates. Probably not a popular color for a Z, but a really nice color especially IMO with a black vinyl roof.
