Title: 1967 L78
Post by: Brad Mills on September 08, 2015, 01:05:17 AM
Hello, My name is Brad Mills. I recently found and purchased a 1967 Camaro L78 Car. The Vin # is 124377N249370. The car was a Barn find that had no block or Transmission but still has original 12 bolt rear end. The Cowl tag shows to be a real L78. I have found out that the car was originally sent to Glockner Chevrolet in Ohio. I understand that my car is not on the 1967 Documentation list. Is  there any other sources to help me find out about my car. It has NHRA stickers from the 1970's and shows signs of a previously installed roll cage of some kind.

Best regards,
Brad Mills

Welcome. What on the cowl tag is telling you that it's an L78?

Welcome Brad.  Do you care to post up some pics?  Love seeing old racing iron.  I assume you used the NCRS to find out about the Glockner Chevrolet?  Whats the build date on the car?

You also might want to post up in the L78 specific forum over on SYC.

A lot of HP Camaro's were sold at Glockner.

Hi Brad. Post up some pics of the car and cowl tag when you have a chance.

What is the rear axle code in this car?
