I'm sorry I was wrong on the sale date.. The car was put into service on 11/22/67 but the date of the first retail sale was 2/15/69 with milage of 12809.

I assume the car was a demo???

Thanks! L30/M35.
Had to be a demo with those dates / mileage.

Is it a first edition warranty book or is there no vin punched through the book?

My '68's POP wasn't punched either, but I have seen a few others that way as well. Why were some not punched? I am assuming that the guy putting car's info in the POP had to stamp the metal plate, then punch the VIN into the book, them put it in the glovebox. Is it possible that the VIN puncher occassionally went down for maintenance?
