Does anyone known what happened to the washburn camaro. The corvette is owned by vic edelbrock. Where did the camaro end up.

It was sold to a guy in the very early '70s who put it in his car collection and it hasn't been seen since. Many people have looked for it and tried to get it, but no success.

I hate to ask this, but Jon, does this imply it is absolutely known to still exist, or is its existence still questionable at this point?

It is felt by some interested parties that the car does still exist but the current whereabouts and owner are unknown.
Below is a picture of the car taken at the '68 Riverside Trans-Am race.
