Just bought two rally's off CL about 15 miles from my house. The guy said they were both FW 15 X 7. When I got there and looked at them... one was an FW and the other was an AD code. He said they were a matched set, but the top edge on the AD is taller and it just looks different than the old Station Wagon/Monte Carlo FW's. It is dated K-1-8 10 24 AD. Went online and seen some for $300 each, and a couple even $500 each! What's the deal with these AD's?... Danny

Good score!, they are early 69 Z/28 15x7 rims http://www.camaros.org/suspen.shtml#Wheels

Danny;
Limited production Z28 wheel = $$
I have four AD's on my car couldn't afford an AD spare yet. So I have a YH rally in the trunk.
Getting tougher to find.

Well that's good, I paid $40 for it. ;D I will put it for now in my "trade parts" section in the garage. And use it hopefully for trade value to help me get some goodies for my car. D

Danny, That "AD" coded rim you have was the last date before they went to the "YH" coded rims in Dec. You made a good find. Over the last three years I've bought six of those rims (same date) and paid between $200 and $300 each.

Thanx for the info guys.. Nice to get a good score, to bad there wasn't 4 or 5 ha ha.. I am going to take my list of wanted parts and post on TC along with the parts I have for trade. I have only posted about 4 times over there as I mostly just read stuff. Maybe I can get some goodies. Danny
