Title: Muncie ID help

P0428, I know is Muncie, built on April 28 ( of 1966) But 6Z125483 got me. I don't know the VIN MFG or the "Z" plant.

Victor,

The "Z" represents the Fremont, CA assembly plant.  Your Muncie is out of a '66 Chevelle.
