Title: White paint on 67 LOS Cowl Tag

I certainly don't want to open an old wound about White paint on the Cowl Tag.  But, i read completely through the thread about White paint on the Norwood Cowl Tags, and saw no  mention if it was also done at Van Nuys.  My LOS Cowl Tag looks as if it had white paint under the black.

I see that a lot. But don't see white tags.
