That's an easy one, http://www.manta.com/c/mmljmms/powell-radiator-service  Steve Powell has done some incredible work on all types of radiators. He has done many one off, unique and exact fabrication work on Pebble Beach Concours level cars. He knows details and knows GM 60's radiators. I know you would be happy with what he can perform and the attention to detail.

I had my BB curved neck radiator rebuilt by Bob Hagerty at Classic Radiator Restorations in Curran MI. I was really impressed with the quality of his work and attention to original details. Even the shipping crate he made was impressive. George

I located contact info for Steve Powell.  I could not find any on Classic Radiator Restorations.  Contact info would be appreciated as I am looking at restoring a 67 rabiator.
