Yes it does appear to have a seat bottom. Maybe a good welder cold splice that thing back together pretty quick and make a buck?

"There's a Sucker born every minute" (attributed to P.T. Barnum), and this sucker went for some good coin, IMO. Is a title worth that much? Apparantly so, as that is all that's left. Also, $6,400 for the Yellow one that OP asked about.

That is big money for that car...not sure why it brought that price unless we will see it listed again soon enough as a non sale.
