Title: HELP WITH 4SP NUMBERS

I want to know what Divsion is the number 3   VIN trans stamp  38Z119411  1= chevy  2= Pontiac   3= ?

3 is Oldsmobile and the transmission came from a 1968 442 built at the Fremont, CA plant.
