What exactly is your question ??? Are you asking for restamp opinions?  Is the partial VIN by the oil filter? Does this date agree with the casting date and partial VIN? Is this actually a 302?

I recently bough the block and it was just delivered do you think it looks legit?
Yes it is a 302
Casting date is April 7 69
The assembly stamp looks very similar to others around the date... just looking for opinions... can not find a Vin at all, not anywhere.
The dates are so close to what I was looking for I thought it was worth a shot... no crank was included but a set of GM popups with full floating rods were included.

I have a 388 block that is stamped near that date.  I will get  a pic up (I owe one to Kurt anyhow..).  My vin is on the oil filter brace (on the cast surface).  I think my cast date is several weeks earlier.

I see nothing wrong with that stamp.
