Title: 69 Z exhaust part #s

Have a buddy that has the following #s on his exhaust. Ft. Pipe L/H-8700353M   R/H-8700369L    Center Pipe L/H-87013272   R/H-87013280    Tailpipe L/H-82013362   R/H-82013374   Muffler-83397969. Is this the original exhaust on the car?

No, those aren't GM part numbers.
