Title: 68 Camaro Kick Panel Vacuum Actuator Cover screws?
Post by: ashgold68rsss on January 03, 2014, 04:00:16 PM
Sorry if this has already been discussed, but have not been able to locate any information on it in the forum or elsewhere.  Are the Actuator cover screws supposed to be the Chrome phillips head with collar screws, or are they the hex headed oxide type screws like the fasteners for the dimmer switch?  I've seen both, and want to ensure that i'm using the correct heads.  Thanks in advance for anyone that can help me out here.  Ed

AIM page C60 A3 shows part # 47203984 for the cover screw; which I believe to be the same as the 69 AIM part # 4720885 which can be seen here on page 83.

Might contact AMK to see if they have a cross reference for the part number.

FWIW my 69 has the screws like the one pictured in the PDF link above.

Perfect Darrell! Thank you!  That link is awesome! The screws that were in it looked like the attached with the high head.... just didn't look right...
