Title: Cowl hood flapper valve
Post by: hotrod68 on October 17, 2013, 02:49:02 AM
Hey guys. Just curious-did the flapper valve frame on the cowl induction hood come black or painted the colorof the hood? I'm retro-fitting an operational cowl induction system to my '68 and the question came to mind. Also--where on the firewall does the cowl induction wiring to the fuse box pass through? Thanks.

The flapper valve and frame were always black. The ZL2 hood harness hole size and location is shown in the Assembly Manual.

Thanks, JohnZ. I don't have a '69 AIM. Is there a link posted?
