yesterday I discovered the bad way that my neutral swith do not work :-(( Fortunately I steped on the brakes before it ran over my harley and further into the garage :-((

it is a 1967 Camaro - I cant se any problems with the wires to the gearlever ?!?!

Any help with truble shooting would be great - thanks.

Is there an adjustment on those or is it a fixed switch?

Both designs, whether top of the steering column at the firewall, or on the console shifter, the switch is adjustable.
Loosen the two screws securing the switch on the sides and adjust accordingly.
Make sure a PO did not jumper the two purple wires together or rewired the solenoid control wire independently of the neutral safety switch.
