Looking at the bid history, this is the most oddest bid pattern I have seen. The bidder (s***s) kept upping the price for a period when there were no other bidders. It doesn't show the typical time stamps of a proxy bid sequence.

Winning bidder got it for $500 but must have backed off since it's now been RELISTED (http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&vxp=mtr&item=281125629321#ht_140wt_1400).
Looks like s***s was trying to out bid o***o, but didn't make it with any of his bids!

Looks like he kept chipping away to see what o***o bid, and when it reached $500, s***s wasn't going any higher. Since the owner relisted with a high reserve, he may have ended the auction early figuring he could get more.
