Are these really worth that kind of money? :-\

I would say yes! I would pay more than that if I needed them, but only a little more
-
I'd only pay more if they spelled the description correctly - rosettes, not rosetti. Picky enough ?
I have a complete NOS '69 dash in stock (for a hundred years or so) - I paid less for the dash ($150.00) than what these rivets sold for. Then again, I don't have a spare pair of rivets, so IMO I ought to be quiet.

Steve

IF U HAVE REPLACED THE TOP DASH IN YOUR CAMARO U WILL NEED A SET OF THESE,AS THESE DIFFER THAN THE PLAIN RIVITS.
Excuse my ignorance but where do this go? Protect-O-Plate?

No, they are used to rivet the VIN plate to the vehicle.

There could be more since laws are always changing, but the last I heard it's against the law in 5 states to buy, sell or possess rosette rivets. The states are:
Michigan
Illinois
California
Iowa
Minnesota.
Here's MICHIGAN'S LAW (http://www.legislature.mi.gov/(S(uh2duu55zcn22q55ppoknr3t))/mileg.aspx?page=GetObject&objectname=mcl-750-415), but you should check your own state to verify.
However, it's also against ebay policy no matter where you live, so please report them when you see them.
