Title: CROSS MEMBER POSITION

I Have a 68 camaro SB 4 speeds and is in several parts since a long time ago , i dont remember What is the position of the cross member ?

The transmission should she moved to the left side ( Driver ) of the oval hole like on this image , or cross member it must be reversed for the transmission shifted to the right side of the oval hole ?

If you are asking if the crossmember is installed correctly, it is. The extra holes that can be seen on the drivers side outer lips, two in rear and one in front are for attaching the Muncie shifter bracket. Those holes always go toward the drivers side.
