Can someone check this cowl tag and POP for me?
vin# 124379N697699
Thanks

Trim tag is good. I believe the p-o-p is a replacement as it is stamped aluminum and not done in dymol tape. My 70 Z28 has a CE block a and the p-o-p is ink stamped REPLACEMENT.

Thanks for the info. Would a replacement come attached to the warranty card?

My 70 replacement pop is attached

If you notice, the pop doesn't have information on it like the engine number

Nor rear end, trans or other pertinent info. Looks brand spanking new to me. Strange indeed.

Not strange at all - you just don't see very many of them. That's a second-owner POP, issued to the new owner when the car changed hands and the original warranty was still in effect.
