Can someone provide dimensions/measurements and colors for these stripes?
Is it possible to post a picture of the shaft and colors? Maybe original and restored photos?
I only need info. for the car mentioned above, no other drive line please. I will leave it in your trustworthy hands.
Thanks

What is your goal?
The stripes are generally only still there on low mileage original cars. One orange and one white.

You may find this thread of interest.

Also, if you do a search on drive shaft some interesting discussions (many with pictures) will turn up.

Thank you for the answer.
Thanks for the link. I was on it earlier which really prompted me to ask the question the way I did.
I find that sometimes the threads can get a little off topic and it makes it tough to really determine what the final, correct answer is to the question. Sorry for the "directness of my wording".
I really enjoy this site and especialy it's wealth of knowledge.

For 69, there were only 3 driveshafts:
1. manual (SB&BB) & PG
2. TH350
3. BB TH400

Thanks Kurt.

My drive shaft had 3 stripes on it. They are long gone but you can see where they were.
