Hi Guys,
Looking for some information about interior tags. while cleaning the 68 I came across a small place card with some infomation:
JOB NO 26-971
STYLE 2437-49 Q (749 interior)
COMB Z22 Z87 (custum, deluxe interior)
DECK
What do the job no numbers stand for? and what was deck? I also found a carpet place card:
68 F body rear carpet
2 D B/S series
12000
22000
1070 T BLACK TRENTON
7779023
ALLEN INDUSTRIES, INC.
175 E. MANVILLE STREET
Compton, California
this tag is stamped August 2 1967.

What's your car's body #? It often appears on the top. But the seat tags are often in the wrong cars.
Hmm, seeing that it says 749 Z87 deluxe interior when your car is 712, that means it is for a different car.
Aug 67 carpet in a May 68 car, assuming that's original to the car.

Kurt,
Thanks for the reply. This is for the 08E LA R/S. the body # is 01055, SCH # l128, VN L301025. Any ideas what the above numbers stand for?
